Brass Log Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to handle firearms where you live.
• You are responsible for protecting your devices, passcodes, and any exported data.
• Using Brass Log for an organization means you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Brass Log Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription with advanced reporting, alerts, and backup tools.

Pricing may vary by region; the App Store or Google Play always shows the final amount, taxes, and currency before you confirm payment.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions (Android).

Trial or introductory pricing converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase another plan.

Your use of Brass Log is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we encrypt, sync, and delete your information. Because data is encrypted client-side, maintain access to your devices and backups.

• No unlawful, threatening, or defamatory content.
• No reverse engineering or exploitation of the app.
• No monitoring of individuals without consent.
• No interference with other users, networks, or security measures.

Brass Log, its logo, and related IP belong to Outdoor Technica. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.

Brass Log is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Brass Log in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Ontario courts unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Material updates are communicated in-app or via email.

If you downloaded Brass Log from Apple's App Store, these terms incorporate Apple's Minimum Terms for Licensed Applications.

• The license covers use only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
• Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Brass Log.
• If the app fails to conform to any warranty, notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no further warranty obligations.
• Outdoor Technica is responsible for addressing claims related to Brass Log, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless data plan, when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them regarding your App Store download.
